It’s always inspiring to see organizations invest meaningfully in the people who keep their operations running every day. From 30th June to 3rd July 2025, World Link HR had the privilege of being contracted by Jadeite Africa Ltd to lead their very first comprehensive training programme for cleaners, and what an incredible journey it was! Over four days, two dedicated batches of participants came together, eager to learn and grow. Each morning began with conversations that went beyond protocols, we explored Jadeite’s mission, values, the benefits they offer, and the shared expectations that shape their vibrant workplace culture. From there, sessions delved into practical skills, from advanced housekeeping and infection prevention, to the finer details of carpet and oven cleaning, healthcare decontamination, and maintaining impeccable professional conduct. The enthusiasm was unmistakable. Participants asked thoughtful questions, practiced new techniques, and supported each other every step of the way. By the final day, as they sat for their Alison certification assessments, you could see not just new knowledge gained, but a genuine sense of confidence and accomplishment on their faces.
