Our job board and career resources are available to job seekers free of charge. Employer services, including recruitment and HR consulting, are provided under separate agreements with the terms and pricing discussed directly with our team.

You agree to provide accurate information when applying for roles, creating an account, or contacting us, and not to misuse the platform — including submitting fraudulent applications or job listings.

Job listings on our platform are provided by partner companies or curated by our team. While we make reasonable efforts to verify listings, we don't guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any specific role.

Submitting an application through our site connects you with the relevant employer. Interview scheduling, offers, and hiring decisions are made by the employer, not by World Link HR.

Employers posting roles or engaging our recruitment services are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for complying with applicable employment and labour laws in their hiring process.

All content on this site — including our branding, design, and written material — belongs to World Link HR or our licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

We provide our services on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, World Link HR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including outcomes of job applications or hiring decisions made by third-party employers.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for users who violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
