Support the day-to-day operations of Robbobo's e-commerce platform, including product management, inventory monitoring, order processing and fulfilment coordination.
Responsibilities
Upload and update product information.
Monitor product stock levels.
Process customer orders.
Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery.
Check product pricing and information for accuracy.
Track failed, cancelled and delayed orders.
Update order records and operational reports.
Assist with resolving customer and fulfilment issues.
Requirements
Interest in e-commerce and online business operations.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic computer and spreadsheet skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous e-commerce experience is an advantage but not required.
