Odoo ERP Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo ERP Specialist to manage, customize, and support our Odoo ERP system operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system performance, assist departments with ERP processes, and improve operational efficiency through effective ERP management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Odoo ERP system.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
• Customize modules and workflows to meet business needs.
• Generate reports and analyze data for decision-making.
• Train staff on ERP usage and best practices.
• Coordinate with departments to improve system efficiency and automation.
• Monitor data accuracy, security, and system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP systems.
• Good understanding of ERP workflows, reporting, and database management.
• Basic knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, or ERP customization is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
