The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating catering operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently while meeting client expectations and company standards.
Responsibilities
Liaise between clients and the catering team to ensure service excellence.
Meet clients to understand their food service needs.
Ensure the catering team adheres to client requirements.
Schedule and coordinate upcoming service jobs.
Communicate all job details effectively to the team.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in food service/waiting.
HND/Degree in hospitality or relevant field.
Strong communication & client management skills.
Ability to work under pressure & beyond normal hours.
